MANAGING COMMITTEE (MC) & ELECTION
Managing Committee comprises the President, one Vice President, Hony. Secretary, Jt. Secretary, Treasurer and 10 executive members. President, Vice President and members are elected directly by the General Body and other office bearers by the Managing Commitee (MC) from amongst themselves. One term of MC member (including President) is 3 years. Two posts of the MC are reserved for ladies. At-least one meeting is held every month to make sure that the Societys business is running smoothly and all the office bearers are doing their duties efficiently.
REGISTERED OFFICE
At present the registered office is situated at 1st floor, 1054, Ward No-8, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030 in its own building which is easily accessible from Delhi Metro Station-Qutab Minar and Mehrauli bus terminal. The present market price of the office building is around 1.75 Crores.
HISTORY
This society was formed in the year 1987 with 31 members all mohyals, residing at Mehrauli and Saket. Later the area of operation has been extended to National Capital Territory of Delhi on 19/05/1992.
Any person residing/working in Delhi having a proof of income and aged between 18-60 can become a member of the society. However, the Managing Committees decision will be final. At present there are more than 3500 members, Govt. employees, private employees, businessmen, professionals, house-wives all are included in the big family.

Important Instructions to our Valued Members
- If you have any query about Society or its functioning, please contact the Manager/Secretary/President visiting the office. You can also call President /Secretary/Vice-Presidents. Please do not seek help from out-siders or any agent or any tout.
- Please do not introduce any person to become a member of the society to whom you do not know very well. In case you do so and any wrong act pertaining to the society is done by them, you can also be put to inconvenience.
- Please do not stand surety or guarantee to any unknown member. In case of default you will be equally liable for the re-payment of his/her dues.
- Please do not hand over cash for deposit to any person other than the authorized person. Authorized person of the society is our cashier and handover the cash to him at the counter only against receipt of acknowledgement thereof then and there itself.
- You are requested to have your Society Pass Book updated periodically at least once in a month and reconcile your account with your books of accounts after scrutinizing each debit/credit entry listed therein. Any unauthorized debit/credit in your account should immediately be brought to the notice of Manager/Treasurer. Society will not take any responsibility of such debit/credit if it is not brought to the notice of above officials before 15th of next month.
- If you have any change in your address, please inform immediately in writing to the Manager/Secretary/President.
